Youth Group

Here at All Saints, we hold at the Church Hall, a Youth Group aimed at youngsters in school year 5 and upwards. The group is made up of Church children and their friends from middle and upper schools in the area.

We have two leaders, regular helpers, and between us we run sessions on Sunday evenings one a month from 6pm to 7.30pm. We are currently asking for 50p per child each session to cover refreshments.

We have varied program including art and craft activities, outings and sports.

Some of the things we have done to date include-

Rounders, BBQ, Treasure hunt, night time walks, indoor team games, cooking, cinema, laser shooting, pizza restaurant, fund raising, and helping at events such as the Church Fete, Christmas Tree festival, and other Church activities.

We have Christian events throughout the year, particularly Christmas when a lot of our members play their musical instruments, or read at the well attended Christmas Eve Crib Service.

Easter keeps us busy with a range of traditional and modern activities, especially on Good Friday when we are involved in an activity day.

We also remember lent with pancakes, Mothering Sunday with cards and gifts, Valentines, harvest festival, and other dates in the church calendar.

If you would like to join us to have fun and make new friends, phone me on the number below, or email me for further information.
